Supervision
I offer person centered supervision, where I put your clinical needs at the heart of our work. As an integrative counsellor with a focus towards psychodynamic theory, we will explore you, your clinical work and your relationships with your clients, whilst delving into the unsconscious processes at play.
Trainee Counsellors in Placement
When I was a trainee counsellor seeing clients for the first time, I remember how daunting and overwhelming it was. My individual supervisor offered a safe space where no matter how big or small my concerns, I felt comfortable enough to share those issues with them.
I endeavour to offer the same supportive environment to all my supervisees, where we will explore your clinical work, support you and your feelings, whilst offering a guiding hand with all things official and academic to get you over the line.

No matter whether you are in private practice or working within a school, agency or in another counselling role, I can offer a safe space to bring all your needs together..... whether you are looking for support, a guiding hand, or extra information, I can be that peer who is curious alongside you, another pair of eyes to notice the things you may have missed, someone to sit alongside you whatever happens.

Setting Up in Private Practice Supervision
Once I successfully completed my counselling training, my aim was to set up in private practice. The only thing was, I had no experience in running my own business, nor did I have the self-confidence to start.
That's when I worked closely with my husband, a businessman of 40 years and my tech savvy children, to create a business model that has helped me design a tried and tested template on how to set up in private practice. Two years on, I'm proud to say I have a thriving full practice!
