More About Me

I work in accordance with the BACP ethical framework which underpins the heart of my commitment to deliver a continued high standard of service to my clients as well as committing to focus on continued ongoing professional training and development. I hold a current advanced DBS certificate and am a member of ICO, a professional body that promotes data protection and ensures GDPR rules are adhered to. My passion is to promote, maintain and deliver good practise in all my face to face and online counselling work.

My past experience includes working for Number 22, a charitable agency offering free person-centred counselling to the community where I work with both adults and  young people.  It was also a great privilege to have been an active listening volunteer for the Samaritans and being involved in advocacy work over the past few years.

My focus today is on working with individuals, couples and supervising other therapists within my private practice. I also spend time on my other passions: writing, reading, cooking and helping out in the family business where I am training my way up to becoming a gelato artist!
